Responsibilities:

Digital marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns with external agencies and internal departments.
  • Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Wechat & Youtube
  • Work with media agencies on monthly social media contents and posting
  • Analyze agency's reports and reviews and propose improvements
  • Localize digital assets and campaigns as per international guideline
  • Execute and optimize SEM/SEO to increase the traffic quantity and quality
  • Manage and implement content updates for official website
  • Manage site development and maintenance
  • Identify partnership with media and influencers to maximize brand voice
  • Maintain media/influencer relations include but not limit to target media
  • Work with external agencies on PR plan and execution support

E-Commerce:

  • Regular update on E-Commerce Site, market place (HKTV) and company intranet.
  • Assist on developing marketing strategies to achieve online sales target
  • Analyze website performances and generate sales and traffic reports using GA (Google Analytics) with figures, diagrams and visuals

Requirements:

  • Degree/ Associate Degree holder in marketing / digital marketing or related discipline.
  • With at least 2- 3 years solid digital marketing experience, preferably in skincare or FMCG
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
