Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end to end recruitment including writing job adverts, conducting phone screens, interviews, and headcount planning etc.
  • Support in preparing on boarding experience for new joiners including organize orientation programme etc.
  • Generate HR data and prepare different HR reports for management review on regular basis.
  • Liaise closely with line managers in assisting to organize internship and management trainee programmes.
  • Provide HR administrative support to hiring managers to ensure an effective and efficient hiring & renewal process.
  • Maintain and update HR data on the HRIS system.
  • Assist in human resources functions or any other duties as required from time to time..

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience gained in sizable companies.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
  • Good experience in using HRIS or SAP would be an advantage.
  • Effective communication skill and details minded.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Good command both spoken and written English. .
