Responsibilities

  • Being the HR advisor to corporate business units on driving different HR programs of manpower planning, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and management, etc.
  • Initiate and implement effective talent acquisition strategy and innovative sourcing channels to attract right talents from the market and developing an efficient candidate pipeline
  • Liaise closely with business leaders and department heads on strategic HR planning to cope with the growth and changes of the business
  • Drive talent development and succession planning programs to ensure a promising career path for high potential talents within the corporations
  • Lead any ad-hoc HR projects as required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of solid HR experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Successful track records acting as a strategic HR advisor to cope with the growth of companies
  • Hands-on experience in driving new talent acquisition methodology
  • Innovative with think outside of the box mindset
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and HRIS systems
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
