  • Be the strategic advisor to business leaders on development and implementation of different HR strategies to cope with the business growth
  • Advise senior management on various HR planning such as manpower planning, performance management, talent development, etc.
  • Liaise with BU head and line managers on driving people performance via KPI review and analysis, incentive / commission scheme design and implementation, high-potential management and development, etc
  • Handle end to end recruitment tasks and activities for the designated BU
  • Assist Head of HR on driving and executing new HR initiatives in HR Digitalization and Automation in order to enhance the HR effectiveness
  • Participate in HR projects as required


  • Minimum of 15 years of solid HR experience, preferably gained from insurance or financial services sectors
  • Successful track record being a HR business partner in helping the growth of business
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset
  • Excellent stakeholders management and effective interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese
