Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR account servicing and HR operation team to ensure efficient and accurate daily HR operation
  • Lead various annual HR exercises such as salary review and job grading, rewards bench-marking and survey, bonus and merit pay-out, etc.
  • Review and develop HR policy and procedures to streamline HR work-flow and enhance the HR effectiveness
  • Provide guidance and mentoring advice to the subordinates to engage the HR team and accelerate performance
  • Assist the HR Head on corporate HR projects in organizational development coping with the growth of business
  • Prepare various reports, proposals and presentation decks accordingly for management review

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 15 year's HR experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory level on leading a sizable team
  • Experienced in full range of Human Resources tasks and activities
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • HR project handling experience in organizational development and change management
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with excellent writing skills
  • Proficient computers skills in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
