Responsibilities

  • Be the trusted business partner to the senior management team in providing HR strategic advice and planning coping the rapid business growth
  • Partner with HR CoE team to ensure a smooth and accurate HR operation
  • Drive and implement various HR strategies coping with the expansion of the company
  • Work closely with the TA specialist on attracting the right talents from the market and enhancing the employer brand competitiveness
  • Partner with Talent Development team on the implementation of succession planning and high potential development programs
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required
Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 14-18 years of solid HR experience gained from multinational companies
  • Successful track record of being a HR business partner in supporting business growth of the companies
  • Strong strategic mindset and business acumen
  • Independent and ability in multi-tasking
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and e-recruitment systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
