Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders and line managers on manpower planning, performance management, organizational / departmental structuring, etc.
  • Provide professional HR solutions to various enquiries from all levels of staff at back office and front-line operations
  • Drive and own the execution of functional and departmental performance management, talent review, succession planning, leadership development and organization development
  • Conduct HR data analysis and prepare HR reports for management review
  • Roll out employee relations programs and staff engagement activities in order to maintain the morality and harmony level between staff
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years of solid HR experience in the area of HR business partnering / account servicing
  • HR experience gained from the retail sectors
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Independent and well-organized with ability on handling multi-tasks
  • Familiarity in talent assessment tools and programs would be an advantage
  • Proficient computer skills in MS office applications and HRIS systems
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
