Our client is a well-reputed MNC with strong global existence. To cope with their growth in Asia, they are now looking for a strategic HR caliber to join their Regional Office in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic HR business partner in providing advisory services to business leaders and senior managements
  • Liaise closely with team heads and line managers on manpower planning, performance management, organization design, and talent management
  • Partner with HR CoE teams on providing full range of HR services to the designated business units
  • Monitor and guide local HR business partners across the region to ensure a smooth and accurate HR operation at different locations
  • Work closely with group HR counterparts in the headquarters and deploy HR initiatives and programs across the Asia region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 12-18 years of solid HR experience gained from MNCs, of which at least 5 years being a HR business partner
  • Regional HR experience is required
  • Effective interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders at C-suite or MD levels
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
