Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and drive regional people development strategy to ensure the development of talents across different business units
  • Be the strategic partner with senior managements and business leaders, and provide consultative advice on talent management initiatives of high-potentials development and succession planning programs.
  • Facilitate different talent review and talent discussion meetings with business leaders
  • Formulate talent development strategy and roadmap, with followed up action plans
  • Integrate digital platform to the people development framework to enhance its efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in any adhoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or above
  • A minimum of 10 years' solid HR experience of which a focus in Talent Development / Talent Management
  • Familiar with different talent assessment tools
  • Successful track record in driving talent management initiatives and executing various programs
  • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
