Responsibilities:

  • Perform as a HR generalist to provide full spectrum of HR service such as recruitment, C&B, employee relations etc.
  • Handle end to end employee cycle including recruitment & selection, performance management, on boarding and offboarding arrangement and employee development etc.
  • Work closely with external vendors on different C&B matters including payroll processing, benefit schemes renewal, tax filing, etc.
  • Managing various HR projects such as annual performance review, salary & budget review, bonus payment,etc.
  • Maintain and manage HR records, employee databases in HR system.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of Regional all rounded / generalist HR experience in sizable companies.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and understanding with other region Employment Ordinance and HR legislation would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills with people of different background and nationalities.
  • Detail-minded, independent and being able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
