Responsibilities:

· Perform as a HR generalist to provide full spectrum of HR service to the Corporate office in Hong Kong.

· Manage end to end recruitment process recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, conducting interview and on-boarding.

· Handle C&B tasks such as MPF and benefits administration, taxation and insurance review etc.

· Organise and coordinate the employee engagement and staff relations activities.

· Provide general office administration support.

· Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.

· Minimum 8 years of all rounded / generalist HR experience gained from sizeable organizations.

· Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.

· Details minded and being able to work under pressure.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees of different backgrounds

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
