Responsibilities:

  • Assistant in providing full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, succession planning, performance management and employee relations
  • Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Provide support on various annual exercises including salary review, incentive scheme review, performance appraisal, employee survey, etc.
  • Support department head in formulating and executing HR initiatives in line with forecast growth of the business

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience
  • Resourceful, organized and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
  • Passionate, energetic and creative
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
