Our client is a US multinational corporation with their regional HQ in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a Senior HR Officer to join them

Responsibilities:



  • Acting as a strategic HR Business Partner to designated business units across the region
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders and department heads on the development and implementation of different people strategies and HR programs
  • Partner with HR CoE and Shared Services team to ensure smooth and accurate HR operations on daily basis
  • Guide business line managers on performance management process to optimize manpower effectiveness
  • Drive regional people initiatives on talent management, succession planning, organization development, etc. and ensure smooth executive of such programs across the region

Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years of solid HR experience gained from MNCs, with HR experience across PRC China / Asia Region an advantage
  • Successful track record playing a business partner role in liaising directly with senior stakeholders
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance with knowledge in labor law across PRC China a plus
  • Independent, self-initiative with ability in handling multi-tasks
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office applications and HRIS systems
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
