Responsibilities

  • Being one of the key members of the HRIS project team to ensure an efficient and accurate system migration process
  • Liaise with Human Resources department and end-users on requirements gathering
  • Partner with IT team and service vendor to incorporate user's requirements into the system
  • Be the intermediate between different departments and parties and maintain an effective communication channel among the corporation
  • Manage the UAT process and conduct user training to corresponding parties
  • Assist the project lead on managing the project timeline and participate in ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management OR Information Technology OR related disciplines
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in the area of HRIS and HR Technology
  • Successful track record on implementation / migration of well-known HRIS systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy with relevant certificates or qualifications in information system / information technology would be an advantage
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with the labour ordinance and standard HR workflow
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
