Responsibilities
- Being one of the key members of the HRIS project team to ensure an efficient and accurate system migration process
- Liaise with Human Resources department and end-users on requirements gathering
- Partner with IT team and service vendor to incorporate user's requirements into the system
- Be the intermediate between different departments and parties and maintain an effective communication channel among the corporation
- Manage the UAT process and conduct user training to corresponding parties
- Assist the project lead on managing the project timeline and participate in ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management OR Information Technology OR related disciplines
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the area of HRIS and HR Technology
- Successful track record on implementation / migration of well-known HRIS systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
- Tech-savvy with relevant certificates or qualifications in information system / information technology would be an advantage
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with the labour ordinance and standard HR workflow
- Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
