Our client is a property developer in Hong Kong with solid existence in the Greater China region. With their expansion they are looking for a Senior Manager to take care of their HR Operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the payroll function and manage benefits administration with the help of a competent team.
  • Develop and manage the HR handbook and update policies & procedures regularly.
  • Manage employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding.
  • Monitor changes in Labor Ordinance closely and make relevant changes to existing practices with effective stakeholders communication.
  • Support annual budgeting exercise for HR expenses and staff cost.
  • Generate reports for regular business reviews and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • Proven track record of leading a highly efficient HR operations function.
  • Excellent stakeholders management ability who can drive cross-function projects.
  • Well-organized with the ability of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
