Job Duties:

  • Monitor execution of the plans; track and report on execution outcome
  • Build and champion the division's vision, mission and culture narratives Defining Target Operating Model, including details of organisational structure, resource planning and deployment, matrixes and workflow and processes
  • Eliciting and documenting business requirements and current state and charting the transformation path to desired operating model
  • Working with business stakeholders, conducting change workshops and trainings, as well as implementing the business and process change

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Programme planning, Change Management and Process Improvement in a FMCG environment is a MUST
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships across different levels of the business
  • With a proactive attitude and are all about the delivery
  • Comfortable and experienced in using data to analyse and problem solve
  • Adaptable and thrive in a project based working environments
  • Initiates action in a deadline driven environment
