Responsibilities:

Public Relations

  • Support or lead PR relationship building, PR contact (both media and digital advocates/influencers) database expansion and management.
  • Plan and support coordination of press events, media interviews and store visits; this would require occasionally working outside regular hours
  • Lead and support press event planning and execution including material sourcing, vendor liaising, logistics management, etc.
  • Update and maintain PR and social listening/tracking reports and analysis.

Retail Marketing

  • Lead/support coordination and execution of retail marketing activation, including in-store gestures, client communications, VM and events.
  • Organize and liaise with vendors for store opening/relocation preparations, assets and communications.
  • To develop sampling plan aligning company objective.
  • Act as custodian on marketing materials (samples and printed collaterals) to ensure healthy stock balance.
  • To coordinate with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure excellent execution of marketing programs.

Event Planning

  • Act as project-in-charge on delegated event planning project, be the gatekeeper.
  • Lead in the development of marketing event plan deck for internal meeting.
  • Be the gate keeper of retail store meeting marketing deck, ensure information provided are accurate and up-to-date.

Others

  • Actively seek out and report information on market and competitive intelligence.
  • To support program evaluation and internal coordination.
  • Regular competitive monitoring and report preparation.
  • Provide copy writing for store POSM.
  • Work with design house on product collaterals development and delivery.
  • Provide Marketing support for new store openings or store specific promotion, inclusive but not limited to store flyer, samples, goodies and digital communication.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese Chinese in speaking and writing (Simplified Chinese is also required); Solid English skills
  • Minimum of 3-4 years working experiences in marketing related functions
  • Solid analytical skills, creative thinking and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organized, proficient in MS Office skills
