The Position

The primary function of this role will be to support execution of strategic plan and, as such, play an important role in delivering the divisional growth target. To do this the candidate will need to be creative, innovative and able to deliver on tight deadlines. In addition, the ability to build powerful relationships with both, internal and external stakeholders will be the key to their success

This will be a very varied marketing role covering a broad range of marketing, operational and product management activities and offers an excellent opportunity to progress within the business for the right person. This is a role that requires a degree of autonomy and initiative.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development, design, approval, production and distribution of marketing materials (e.g. leaflets, posters and other collaterals) in online and offline channels
  • Monitor and update unbranded website and social media pages and address clients' queries Consistently review, evaluate and improve the performance of online channels
  • Have regular meetings with dealers and provide all kinds of marketing support when dealers requested
  • Adapt and translate marketing materials from other regions for use in North Asia
  • Get marketing leads from virtual and physical events or international team and share with related parties for following up
  • Cooperate with external PR agency to organize campaigns and events
  • Foster collaborations between international marketing teams and emerging Asia teams
  • Visit customer frequently to understand their needs
  • Assist on other marketing projects with clinical and sales team
  • Place order of cooperate materials when needed
  • Organize tradeshows when needed
  • Keep track on industry-related topics and collect market intelligence information
  • Any Ad hoc projects follow up

The Person

The successful candidate will have experience at

  • Have experience in a B2B demand generation role, preferably in Healthcare industry. o Have at least 3-year experiences in Marketing Event Management, both virtual and physical
  • Have a deep understanding of core marketing concepts and how to build demand and generate qualified leads in niche target segment.
  • Have demonstrated experience partnering with sales leaders and PR agency.
  • Able to describe yourself as an expert when it comes to digital marketing (e.g. SEO, SEM, Google Ad, Facebook, Linkedin)
  • Ability to think creatively and critically to make optimization decision based on data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines and objectives
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Qualification / Education

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business (or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years' experience in Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
