Role And Responsibilities

Identify property development opportunities, and recommend and execute related strategies
Analyze development proposals, prepare reports and present recommendation and findings
Support the preparation, evaluation, justification and budgetary control on site acquisitions and development projects
Assist in planning and management for land/buildings with redevelopment potential under site acquisition process. Conducting due diligence on potential development projects
Assist in the management of assigned area of property development projects and perform related duties as assigned
Assist in planning, keeping track and reviewing of the team's yearly goals

Requirements

Bachelor Degree or above, HKIS or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in property development and with in-depth knowledge in land matters
Solid experience in valuation and market research of Hong Kong property market
Proficiency in financial modelling for projects and acquisition of assets is essential
Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
