Our client is a well established organization with large scale of entertainment services in Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of retail shops by leading a large workforce
  • Revamp and modernize the image of the shops. Help deliver new transformation strategy
  • Derive customer servicing strategy based on the demographics of its district and customer needs
  • Provide demographics and store data to networks and format as needed
  • Attract targeted customers to drive the right market positioning and branding of the shops and to manage sustainable shop performance based on retail channel strategy
  • Initiate, develop and execute people development and performance management strategies to build effective and trustworthy team and groom the right competence of staff to deliver the customer experience needed
  • Lead transformation through being the catalyst for change, effective communication, steering the right mindset and developing people competence in direction of Retail Channel Strategy
  • Manage the P&L of the shops efficiently to optimize return and cost efficiency
  • Work with other team to rationalize the shop location, lease renewal, to cater for demands and customer groups in the district
  • Undertake other duties (i.e. sustainability-related and audit-related jobs) assigned

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with 10-12 years of management experience in retail or people intensive service-related industry with proven record of success in managing large workforce
  • Sensitive to consumer / retail market trend with ability to identify opportunities and implement changes
  • Energetic, persistent, independent and creative, highly versatile and willing to take up new challenges
  • Strong experience in customer service provision to the mass consumer with sound knowledge of best practices
  • Strong project management skills and be able to lead and drive multidisciplinary campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends for enhancement
  • Excellent people management and development and strong leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills in both English and Chinese
