  • Provide reporting and administrative support to Retail Operations team.
  • Monitor on all policies and procedures including asset Protection, Human Resources and Store Operation Policies are in compliance with company requirement.
  • Communicate and execute all productivity and operating standards set by the company.
  • Assist on the development and implementation of all customer service initiative and employee incentive programs.
  • Assist to monitor the controllable cost.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the store staff to ensure a positive working environment.
  • Complete any and all other duties as assigned by management.
  • Work with supply chain colleagues on the delivery, receipt, and stocking of merchandise of product.


  • University degree with at least 3 years related experience in retail industry.
  • Communicates effectively in Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
  • Knowledge of personal care / skin care products and market dynamics is preferred.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers and software applications such as Excel, Word and data retrieval tools.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and coordinates various parts with standardization.
  • Able to coach, lead, develop and motivate store associates and subordinates.
  • Demonstrates commitment to the values of an organisation and its ethical objectives.
