Duites:

  • Responsible for Hong Kong outbound operations including end-to-end store replenishment process
  • Manage inventory level at stores for business sustainability
  • Order processing and liaising with warehouse for on-time in-full delivery
  • Support store operations from Supply Chain management - Deliveries / Inventory count / Returns
  • Replenishment planning to retail stores to ensure sufficient inventory level for business
  • Handle outbound logistics with local warehouse for on-time in-full delivery
  • Order processing & WMS control
  • Manage assortment with various departments at retail level
  • Support store operations including inter-store transfers, cycle count and returns
  • Follow up with customer service on supply and inventory enquiry
  • Prepare and consolidate logistics expenses for monthly report and yearly budget
  • Liaise with warehouse for delivery discrepancies
  • Process improvements including system upgrade project

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Supply Chain; background in retail industry is highly preferred
  • Strong planning and data analytical skills is a must
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Good presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
