Responsibilities:

  • Work in the store environment, to engage and understand the training needs from the team
  • Inspire, motivate and train the store team via in-store coaching, especially on areas of selling skills, product knowledge and selling ceremony
  • Review all projects roll out and ensure smooth execution
  • To coach the team on all in-store event preparations, together with the Retail Team
  • To organize, deploy and follow up on Brand, collections and sales trainings
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the training tools (e.g. animation kits), learning methodologies and programs, and provide the best recommendations for enhancement
  • Lead the ambassador program
  • Support new product launches by preparing training materials and in-store animations
  • Close monitoring the team in using eLearning platform and monitor the completion rate
  • Be an active promoter for the Brand's social media platform
  • Other administrative support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in retail / sales training role, preferably from the luxury industry
  • Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Expertise in selling skills for luxury creations
  • Expertise in coaching techniques & facilitation skills
  • Self motivated, creative thinking and highly committed with positive attitude
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure
