Job Duties:

Educates and helps new BAs to equip essential knowledge on brand, science, products and service to quickly build confidence to enabling them to be able to integrate the learning into service journey to drive service and business KPIs
Takes charge of Learning Management System, makes use of it to help the BAs to enrich key knowledge to further build their expertise in storytelling, product presentation and Art appreciation towards expertise level
Assesses BA service quality via field observation and MSP report and works with field coaches to further identify coaching needs and improvement action plan
Acts as Brand Ambassador to support PR and CRM events / seminars to build client loyalty
Takes charge of online learning management system (LMS). Works closely with global education team on the programs
Makes use of e-learning as a tool to enrich BA's knowledge on brand, science and products; monitor BAs learning progress, to keep developing their selling speeches

Requrements:

At least 5 years of training experience in Retail training.
Passion for Education & Training and with field experience.
Excellent presentation and communication skills to large audience
Have worked with Learning Management System / e-learning as local administrator
Structured and organized in planning with strong follow up skill. Strong leadership and managerial experience.

Proficient in MS applications (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
Good in English, Mandarin
