Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of HR services to designated business units
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment & selection activities
  • Handle staff enquiries and provide effective HR solutions
  • Liaise with line managers and department heads on people matters such as manpower planning, performance management, etc.
  • Assist in different HR projects in the area of employee engagement & staff communication, OD & talent management, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience gained from sizable organizations
  • Solid experience in HR account servicing and hands-on experience in recruitment
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Application and HRIS, with knowledge in Power BI an advantage
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
