Duties:
- Be responsible for all recrutiment activities in EMEA, and support the Head of HR to provide HR services to all staff in Hong Kong and overseas offices
- Utilize various recruitment channels to source qualified candidates and maintain a candidate pipeline
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends
- Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process (From demand identification to candidate verbal acceptance)
- Liaise with various stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs and work closely throughout the process to help create and update job descriptions on various recruitment portals
- Coordinate interviews and support throughout the interview process
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or Recruitment focused in EMEA regions
- Good to have recruitment experience in other countries as well
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process in EMEA regions
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Team player with strong collaboration skills, credibility, and ability to gain buy-in and commitment from others
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and Outlook
