Duties:

  • Be responsible for all recrutiment activities in EMEA, and support the Head of HR to provide HR services to all staff in Hong Kong and overseas offices
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source qualified candidates and maintain a candidate pipeline
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends
  • Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process (From demand identification to candidate verbal acceptance)
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs and work closely throughout the process to help create and update job descriptions on various recruitment portals
  • Coordinate interviews and support throughout the interview process

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or Recruitment focused in EMEA regions
  • Good to have recruitment experience in other countries as well
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with the full lifecycle recruitment process in EMEA regions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills, credibility, and ability to gain buy-in and commitment from others
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and Outlook
