Job Duty:

  • Report to GM
  • Manage and oversee the daily store operation
  • Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve the company's objectives and targets
  • Monitor performance and provide on-the-job training for store staff
  • Identify and implement new initiatives for improving services standard

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Worked for a luxury or premium brand
  • Good People management skills
  • Store management role for at least 7 years
  • Understand CRM, Clienteling and the need to build long term client loyalty
  • Business acumen
  • Pro-active
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
