  • Formulate and implement business strategies to maximize sales and profits and to ensure that the store operates efficiently.
  • Lead a high performing customer facing and service orientated team.
  • Leverage your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) clien-teling through understanding the customers' needs and handling customer's complaints and queries.
  • Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment.
  • Lead with examples and become a role model within boutique environment to drive the best out of individuals within the team.


  • Minimum 6 years experience in the retail industry of which 3 years at leadership level, senior sales with potential would also be considered
  • Candidates with less experience can be considered as senior/sales associate
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • High standard in boutique management and mindset to drive the best for the brand and its development.
