Job duties:

  • Focal point of daily operations with 3PL warehouse and various business functions
  • Daily inventory management at local warehouse
  • Responsible to monitor inbound shipments status for inventory planning
  • Handle documentation and reporting
  • Handle inbound and monitor shipment schedule with supplier and forwarder
  • Manage daily operations with 3PL warehouse on inventory and delivery
  • KPI monitoring and facilitate operations review meetings with 3PL warehouse
  • Handle documentation and reporting
  • Liaise with various departments for Supply Chain operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Supply Chain; background in retail industry is highly preferred
  • Strong data analytical skills is a plus
  • Positive thinking, Independent, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Good presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Powerpoint & Word
  • Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
