About the client:

Our client is one of the world's largest luxury Maison players. They design timeless products - watches - and their business vision is to seek beauty wherever it may be found, to be in tune and engaged with its time, and to continue to push the boundaries of originality and beauty with its savoir-faire. Currently they are active seeking potential candidates for the Supply Chain Executive position to supporting the stock exchange agreement between HK and TW in the areas of High-end Product, Jewelry, Watches, Leather Goods, Objects, and Fragrance.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • This function will serve as a communication link between the Taiwan team, Headquarters, and the HK Logistics team, allowing for seamless stock transfer and delivery status tracking.
  • Work with the Taiwan Marketing Team to guarantee that the stock distribution between Hong Kong and Taiwan runs well.
  • Follow-up with HQ and the Hong Kong Logistics team to offer an accurate cargo delivery status update.
  • Oversee the stock return operation from Taiwan to the headquarters via the Hong Kong warehouse.
  • Manage Virtual Logistic Document Flow for Taiwanese High-End Product Transfer to Other Market/s.
  • Oversee and guarantee optimal stock availability at the Hong Kong warehouse for Taiwan deliveries.
  • Create analysis against the dynamic reporting tool to track stock performance in real time, in collaboration with the Taiwan Marketing team, in order to start suitable and timely action plans.

Candidates Profile:

  • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operation Management, or Stock Management.
  • University graduate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operation Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience in ERP and SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent analytic skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Proactive, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, agility, and a positive attitude.
  • Quick availability is strongly preferred.
