About Client:
Our client is one of the US Fortune 500 company and they are global leader in a wide range of applications for hygienic, cleansing, and purification with their multi-million business and more than 150+ countries business around the world. Currently, they are active seeking a Supply Chain Manager to supporting the operations and internal employee growth for archive targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and coach the supply chain team in Hong Kong and Macau. Establish goals and a plan for employee growth. Ensure that key reports have a succession.
  • Utilize Greater China Regional functional resources and oversee all supply chain operations to hit critical performance benchmarks for safety, service level, quality, inventory level, and overall SC delivery costs.
  • Responsible to achieve year over year gains in service level, inventory level, E&O reduction, and logistics cost reductions, you should direct the establishment of standards, metrics, processes, and practices and manage continuous improvement programmes.
  • Ensure that we have positive working relationships with 3rd Party Logistics Providers and that we collaborate to enhance processes to raise the service level and save costs in the supply chain.
  • Establish and maintain open lines of contact with divisional commercial teams, and cultivate strong bonds with the organization's regional functional teams in Greater China and important internal overseas suppliers.

Candidates Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, mechanical, electrical, or a similar field of study.
  • 8+ years of minimum work experience in planning, logistical operations, etc. Experience in relevant fields, such as health and hygiene, consumer-end especially chemical manufacture, is a bonus.
  • At least 4 years of managerial experience in a variety of Supply Chain roles.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English communication.
  • Knowledge in the planning, purchasing, distribution, and/or quality functional areas of operations.
  • Having managed third-party logistics providers and having a thorough understanding of the underlying cost models
  • Possibility of preserving a positive outlook and adjusting to a dynamic, changing environment
  • Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma project experience as well as evidence of leadership on project execution are preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities to influence choices and foster consensus among stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and business performance financial metrics (budgeting, inventory transactions etc.)
