Job responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of shipping
  • Prepare the shipping documents, I/E declaration and L/C
  • Responsible for ERP system operation, update reports
  • Coordination on shipments
  • Communicate with HQ, internal & external department
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree/ Associate Degree holder
  • At Least 1 year of relevant working experience in shipping/ supply chain
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other computer skill
  • Self-motivated, proactive and well organized
  • Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills.
