Our client is a well-established banking corporation. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a strategic HR caliber to join them

Responsibilities

  • Act as the strategic advisor to key stakeholders on driving and implementing HR strategies coping with the growth of business
  • Lead a small team and provide full range of HR services to designated business units
  • Liaise with department heads and line managers on different HR matters such as manpower planning, resources allocation, performance management, etc.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategy and responsible for the recruitment and selection tasks
  • Conduct HR data analysis and prepare HR reports regularly for management review

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 12 years of HR experience gained from the banking and financial industries
  • Successful track record of being a HR business partner on driving strategic HR solution for business
  • Strategic mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
