Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to define and roll out talent acquisition strategies and take lead in key recruitment assignments
  • Plan, develop and direct the annual manpower planning framework and drive strategic workforce planning
  • Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media in order to meet business needs
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
  • Engage recruitment agencies and search firms to source quality talent

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, stable track record with minimum 5 years of in-house or external recruitment experience
  • Creative and resourceful, demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
  • Proactive and flexible with strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
