  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment & selection tasks
  • Drive talent acquisition and employer branding strategy in order to attract high talents form the market
  • Review and develop the recruitment policy and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of hiring workflow
  • Organize recruitment programs such as campus recruitment, public job fair, and other mass recruitment programs
  • Participate in any ad hoc tasks as required


  • Minimum 10 years of solid Recruitment & Selection experience gained from fast-paced sectors
  • Preferably with hiring experience within the start-up sectors
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Well experienced in organizing recruitment events such as campus recruitment, job fair, etc.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese and English
