Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment & selection tasks
- Drive talent acquisition and employer branding strategy in order to attract high talents form the market
- Review and develop the recruitment policy and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of hiring workflow
- Organize recruitment programs such as campus recruitment, public job fair, and other mass recruitment programs
- Participate in any ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of solid Recruitment & Selection experience gained from fast-paced sectors
- Preferably with hiring experience within the start-up sectors
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Well experienced in organizing recruitment events such as campus recruitment, job fair, etc.
- Excellent command in spoken and written Chinese and English
