Accountabilities

  • Responsible for HK talent acquisition, building up and maintaining the candidate database
  • Manage all recruitment platforms and as contact person to liaise with recruitment vendors
  • Grasp a deep understanding of business, manage the current recruitment sources
  • Have significant partnering experience with business stakeholders to drive strong engagement and provide market insights with regards to talent landscape

Requirements

  • Degree qualified, stable track record with minimum 3 years of recruitment experience gained from sizable MNC. Experiences from fast-paced industry is preferred
  • Creative and resourceful, demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
  • Proactive and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with high volume assignments
  • Effective communication skills in English and ideally Cantonese
