Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of recruiters to deliver quality talent acquisition services to the designated business units.
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to build a strong talent pipeline in accordance to business plans.
  • Improve operational and delivery efficiency through strategic partnership with external vendors while optimizing social media exposure.
  • Provide line managers with market intelligence enable them making wise manpower planning decisions.
  • Act as the group's ambassador creating a positive candidate experience while enhancing employer branding.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, HR, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in talent acquisition experiences gained from sizeable MNCs with team leading exposure.
  • Experiences gained from external recruitment services providers will be a big plus.
  • Proven track record in delivery of consistently strong operating results and implementation of sounds recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
