Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment tasks for mid to senior level of hiring at the back office
  • Liaise with hiring managers, and provide strategic advisory services and professional recruitment solutions
  • Drive and implement innovative talent acquisition strategy and program
  • Enhance employer branding and brand awareness among the talent markets
  • Review and streamline the recruitment workflow to enhance its effectiveness
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks / projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years solid HR experience of which a focus in Recruitment & Selection
  • Experience from fast-paced sectors such as retail, FMCG, etc. are preferable
  • Creative, innovative and familiar with the latest trends
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
