Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment specialist team and provide effective recruitment & selection services to the business operations
  • Be the subject expertise in providing strategic and professional advice to the hiring mangers of the latest hiring trends, and to implement talent acquisition strategy coping with the growth of business
  • Streamline the HR procedures and workflow to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process
  • Organize and roll out various employer branding programs to increase brand awareness of the company in the talent market
  • Source innovative channels and methodology to attract high-calibre candidates from the market
  • Participate in different HR related projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • A minimum of 8 years of solid HR experience of which a focus in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and Selection, with at least 2 years at supervisory level
  • Successful track record on filling multiple vacancies within a tight timeline
  • Familiar with different assessment tools and interview methodologies
  • Tech-savvy with experience of using e-recruitment systems
  • Creative, innovative with "thinking outside the box" attitude
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
