Responsibilities

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team and provide effective recruitment services to all business units at corporate level
  • Handle end to end recruitment & selection activities for critical vacancies at middle to senior levels
  • Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategy to ensure the sourcing effectiveness of right talents
  • Review and develop the recruitment & selection policy, procedures and system to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment process
  • Build new channels of candidate sourcing and manage the recruitment vendors to ensure both quality and quantity of incoming application
  • Develop corporate HR recruitment policy and liaise with HR business partners to ensure the alignment and synergy across all departments

Requirements

  • Degree holder of Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum of 8 years' solid HR experience focusing in Recruitment & Selection, of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
  • Well experienced in hands-on recruitment tasks and activities for different functions of sizable companies
  • Successful track record in implementing talent acquisition strategy, channels and tools in sourcing right talents
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
  • Proficient computers skills in MS Office applications and e-recruitment systems
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
