Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing full recruitment cycle up to Senior Manager level of positions and provide substantial support to Head of TA
- Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media in order to meet business needs
- Work closely with line managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
- Establish close relationship with recruitment agencies on specific recruitment projects and assignments
Requirements:
- Degree qualified, stable track record with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience gained from sizable firm
- Creative and resourceful, demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
- Proactive and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with high volume assignments
- Effective communication skills in English and ideally Cantonese
