Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing full recruitment cycle up to Senior Manager level of positions and provide substantial support to Head of TA
  • Identify, evaluate and select effective sourcing channels including traditional and social media in order to meet business needs
  • Work closely with line managers to understand staffing needs and selection criteria
  • Establish close relationship with recruitment agencies on specific recruitment projects and assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified, stable track record with minimum 5 years of recruitment experience gained from sizable firm
  • Creative and resourceful, demonstrated ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles
  • Proactive and result-oriented; willing to take up challenges
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with high volume assignments
  • Effective communication skills in English and ideally Cantonese
