Our client is a market leading FMCG manufacturer and retailer with strong existence in Hong Kong. To cope with their post-COVID growth, they are now looking for a high HR caliber to join them

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and drive different Talent Acquisition strategies to enhance the recruitment & selection process
  • Develop innovative sourcing channels and tools to enhance the brand's competitiveness in the talent market
  • Build and maintain a strong talents pipeline and sizable applicants pool for hiring of casual workers
  • Organize recruitment programs such as job fairs, recruitment days, campus recruitment, etc.
  • Review and develop the company's recruitment process and policy to further improve the candidate experience
  • Work closely with HR counterparts on the enhancement and implementation of HRIS recruitment module

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience focusing on recruitment & selection for vacancies across different business lines and departments
  • Experience in organizing different recruitment programs such as recruitment day, job fair, campus recruitment, etc.
  • Creative and innovative with "think out of the box" mindset
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications and HRIS Systems (recruitment module)
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
