  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for different regions, including writing job adverts, conducting phone screens, interviews, headcount planning etc.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies and implement employer branding programs to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Liaise closely with management on hiring needs and requirements.
  • Respond to recruitment enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare relevant documentation and organize the onboarding process.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of solid recruitment experience in the IT field.
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance.
  • Excellent communication and practical interpersonal skills with people of different backgrounds and nationalities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.
