Responsibilities
  • Understand the recruitment needs and requirement from hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract talents
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Execute the end-to-end recruitment process including on-boarding and orientation
  • Compile recruitment updates and reports
  • Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies
  • Support on training when necessary
Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Generalist
  • Resourceful, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and reach out to potential candidates through various sources
  • Meticulous and organized, ability to work independently
  • Effective communication skill
  • Seasoned, team player and presentable
