Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team as HR Business Partner to the corporate team
  • Work with line managers to advise on recruitment strategies and handle end-to-end recruitment
  • Provide a wide range of HR services including staffing, retention, performance management, employee relations and succession planning
  • Review talent sourcing strategies, staffing policies and procedures
  • Provide strategic and operational advice formed around contemporary HR practice and operating models in a transforming industry
  • Drive HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HRM, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years of generalist experience gained from sizable organization preferably from fast paced industry
  • Possess strong business acumen and commercial thinking to drive change and improvements
  • Strong relationship building skills; able to influence and engage leaders across different business units
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is essential
