Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for different regions across global.
  • Assist in a full spectrum of recruitment functions, including drafting job advisement, candidate screening, interview, offer management etc.
  • Coordinate recruitment programs such as job fairs and recruitment days etc.
  • Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels, as well as build talent pipelines.
  • Support the line manager in shortlisting qualified candidates to meet various business opening needs.
  • Handle relocation matters in visa applications & renewal etc.
  • Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of solid recruitment experience in retails industry / recruitment firm
  • Regional experience would be an advantage
  • Good communication skill and being able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good command both spoken and written Chinese, English & Mandarin
