Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for different regions across global.
- Assist in a full spectrum of recruitment functions, including drafting job advisement, candidate screening, interview, offer management etc.
- Coordinate recruitment programs such as job fairs and recruitment days etc.
- Explore new and innovative talent sourcing channels, as well as build talent pipelines.
- Support the line manager in shortlisting qualified candidates to meet various business opening needs.
- Handle relocation matters in visa applications & renewal etc.
- Participate in any ad hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2-5 years of solid recruitment experience in retails industry / recruitment firm
- Regional experience would be an advantage
- Good communication skill and being able to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good command both spoken and written Chinese, English & Mandarin
