Our client is one of the marketing leading mixed business groups in its sector. To cope with their post-Covid growth, they are now looking for a high caliber to join them

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement talent management strategies and design and execute different talent development programs
  • Conduct talent pipeline analysis and build an effective talent pool for various business divisions
  • Liaise closely with HR counterparts and senior managements on assessing and identifying high-potentials within the corporation
  • Incorporate different assessment tools with the company's performance management framework
  • Guide line managers on day-to-day coaching for the high potential talents
  • Prepare relevant reports for management review on regular basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Training & Development or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Training & Development or Talent Management
  • Successful track record on build up / enhance talent development programs within sizable organisations
  • Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with different talent assessment tools
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
  • Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English
