Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st tier helpdesk and deskside IT support to internal office users
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, isolating and documenting problems
  • Diagnose and report on problem situations
  • Initiate the appropriate corrective actions using established procedure as emergency needs arise
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • Related IT support experience is highly preferred but fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Good knowledge at PC support (90% Windows, 10% Mac)
  • Good knowledge at Mobile device support (Apple i-device)
  • Network knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient in English communication as a front-line support
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, and have a mature responsible and self-motivating attitude
