Our client, a global payment platform is looking for a support specialist to join their professional service team:


Responsibilities

  • Support internal customers' technical requests and needs on any matters arise from the platforms and applications
  • Act as a technical support liaison and as an escalation focal point
  • Work on ongoing technical tasks and configurations
  • Coordinate the implementation of technical solutions with Business, R&D, Project and Product departments to ensure quality of the product and services
  • Occasionally create internal documentation and perform knowledgetransfer presentations to team members


Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Intermediate SQL skills and Excel (nice to have)
  • Fluent spoken English and Cantonese
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
