  • 360 cycle of recruitment activities, including business development, taking job brief, job ad posting, screening CVs, interviewing candidates, offer negotiation and candidate management
  • Provide market insight and consultation to clients and candidates
  • Administrative duties including, setting up interviews, keeping database up-to-date etc..
  • Maintain business relationships with existing clients and exploring for new ones


  • University graduate in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in the recruitment industry, preferrably in technology desk
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
  • Proven track record in billings and market expansion
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and people skills
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered for more junior position
